Game store

My partner and i bought a fridge at game in west gate mall cash on the 7th June 2020...we were told that it would be deliverd on the 11th of June we even took a day off from work so we can be available on the day of delivery as confirmed by the sales consultant from the store. A day later and there is no form of any communication from game or the delivery people. We call the store and they dont pick up...what kind of service is this? If they are not delivering today then we demand our money bac****!
