My mother purchased gift card via Vincent Game store for me and I am based In upington.

Before she purchased the gift card, she contacted headiffice and a lady in Head office told her that she can make the purchase of the gift card and just send me pictures of the gift card.

I went to Kalahari mall Game store and they all told me that I can't use the gift card and that I need my mom who is in East Cape to send me the gift card.

Why doesnt the system have an option for inserting gift card numbers just like other stores do???? This is unfair because then my mom would have never made the purchase of the card gift card if the lady from head office didn't tell her that we could use the gift card numbers to make purchases!
