Game Store at mall of Africa bad customer service

Game at the mall of Africa is the worst. Bad customer experience. Have been trying to get a cellphone for my mother for the past 2 days. Apparently there's only one guy who can sell a cellphone and he is always on lunch. Weather u come at 14:00 or 16:00. U will not find that person.
