Game store and wumdrop offering a horrible customer service

I have placed an order with game store on black Friday but til today I haven't received my order and we have tried to communicate with game store customer service regarding the order, but no feedback and no delivery. We are not able to communicate with the courier service which is WumDrop as they are answering calls nor reply to the email sent.
