Game store and RCS financial services

This guys together with game store blocked my account for paying more using my game store app and then they have the decency to hung up on me. They don't care about anyone . It's been over a month with me calling them and my game store app remains blocked. Their agents are rude and they don't listen. I am spending money to call them and all they say is that they will escalate the issue and until today I'm still awaiting their call. They are still calling me. Did all the verification stuff and still nothing has changed.
