Game store Amanzimtoti, poor service

I Bought a dishwasher from Game in Amanzimtoti , I took the extended warranty as well just to be safe. After 3 years the dishwasher stopped working. I contacted Game and they sent a technician to come and have a look at my dishwasher. The technician said we just need to replace a board and it will take him a few minutes to install but the part must be ordered by Game and then once it arrives he will install it for me. A week after he left I still haven't had any contact from Game, so I phoned them, the lady over the phone told me she will look into it and get back to me. Another week went past and nothing, so my husband contacted them, the lady told him that the part is coming from Johannesburg and they will inform us once it arrives. Another week went past and I am still waiting. If I knew that their service was going to be this poor I would have never bought the dishwasher from them in the first place.
