Game store amanzimtitoi galleria -laptop given for repairs 2 months still no feedback - must replace laptop urgently

I have taken cellphone contract in December 2019 at game store amanzimtitoi galleria. I received voucher which i used to purchase a acer laptop-game store did not have stock-i took display unit.

In April laptop started to give problems, the screen will suddenly go black with hazel screen.during lock down level 5 due to covid19 everything was closed, i fully understand.

I went to game store on 25 may 2020 to send laptop for repair. Now its 1st August 2020. Most stores and repair centers are operational.

I am deeply disappointed in the service. I would like game management to please look into the matter. I need laptop for business use. Now i cannot afford another laptop.

game store management please review this matter urgently and i would like replacement laptop as i am unable to wait any longer.
