Game Store Alberton City

On the 05/01/2021 i bought an Xbox One S. I went to Game store in Alberton City to return the device. I was give a number to call Microsoft a d report that the Xbox is not working. I'm at Game store again and not getting any joy. Its over an hour and I'm not helped not even by the manager (Andre). I can't sit with the Xbox that is not working and it also shows on Microsoft website that the the Xbox warranty expired in Feb 2021. How can that be possible. I need help, the Manager of Game store in alberton City still not available to help.
