Game store account

Good day,

I'm very disappointed with RCS department at Game Key West Mall, I app**** for their store account online, then got an email that I should collect my card at any Game Store...I went to Game Key West on Saturday the 13th got a line and went back home, went again on Sunday around 9h00 when store just opened I was told the lady whose working with RCS is not yet on duty I left again. Yesterday Monday the 15th I went back again still the was on one to assist me,then I left my numbers so that they can call me when that person comes in because I got response of the person whose supposed to help me has not arrived and that time it was also just after 9h00...I'm really frustrated with how everything unfolded.
