Game Store a dissapointment

I am so disappointed with the service i have not received from Game,placed my order on the 01st May and they promised to deliver within 5-7 working days and to date i have not received my order, their customer care is the worst or non existence as they never answer calls and the ethic line is just as bad, emails are not responded to, i got an SMS on Monday 18th May to say my order is out and the courier company will contact me but to date 22nd May i have not heard anything. Game stores should know that we don't place orders for fun but in desperate need of items, otherwise i would have gone to the shop IF that item was available at the store.Im really disappointed in their service and will never use them ever again.
