Game Store - 89 President & Rissik Street, Johannesburg What a horrible experience I had today. I have never felt this disregarded before. I went to the store today, 25/10/2022. To my surprise, the store was empty, I thought to myself "Lucky me, its just be going to going to be an in and out". I arrived at the store at 12:45 with a friend of mine, both of us looking to get cellphone contracts. We were informed of the documents we require, and was told to get it in the meantime as the lady dealing with cellphone contracts is on lunch and will be back at 2 PM. So we left the store to get documents and arrived back a few minutes later-store was still empty. We were advised again that we should wait for this specific lady (Nomsa), as she will assist. 2PM passed and still no help at all. This is very disappointing, being treated this badly. We decided to wait until 14:15 but still no help. We left the store without any assistance at all. Very disappointing.
