Game Store

<p>Hi</p> <p>I had a pathetic game store experience. I called N1 City store to find out if I can return a home telephone that I bought from Canal Walk in Cape Town. </p> <p>Reasons why, I could not get to Canal walk as I much further away from Canal Walk. When I called I was passed from pillar to post and landed up with Clint the Manager. While I was speaking to him he dropped the phone in my ear. Note there was no shred of hint that I was rude, my call was professional at all times. </p> <p>I called the head office, and to no surprise the lady that answered gave her name so quick I could not catch it and passed me through to complaints, yet another pattern she dropped the phone before getting to complaints. </p> <p>PLEASE HELP I AM SITTING WITH A USELESS HOME TELEPHONE.</p> <p>Regards, </p> <p>Jakeem</p> <p> </p>
