Game store

I had a good experience at the local Game store in Lichtenburg last Friday and on the following Monday. Me and my wife bought a few things at the store, among other things a steam iron and a LED flood light. I bought a wrong flood light and the iron wasn't working, so I had to take it back on Monday. I wasn't looking forward to this, but was surprised by the way everything was handled. Within no time I was refunded for the iron because there was no more irons of this spesific product in stock, while I swopped the flood light for the right one and was helped by a very helpful and friendly sales person. Very nice experience!
