Game store

I ask for help once again I'm faced with nightmare that Game store is unfairly putting on to .I had an account with them settled the account and asked it to be closed .which that has not be done .They sent me paid up letter .but has every month they send statement s saying I'm in arrears .I have not used the account . I'm being charged for statements ,Game store threatening to blacklist now .It's frustrating cause all I can do is visit the game store and speak their different consultants telephonically and they always assure me the the .matter is resolved. Until mid month statement comes saying I owe game R151.00 I'm going to be blacklist for that amount which i asked at the store if can just pay it the said no must not paying as it stopped process of the account being closed.PLEASE HELP ,It's my second time compiling about this issue and I got was response saying my email my details and they will assist I did that but no response .That was no the 14th of June 2019
