I will NEVER recommend anyone to open a RCS account via game. Their service is poor. I went into n1 city branch and asked the lady to close my account as I paid the full balance she then told me they will. I received a statement saying that I owe them for service fee. I went into Tygervalley branch and the lady advise they will take 36 days to close the account and they will not charge me. I waited and they still never got back to me regarding my account. I then called accounts department and the lady advise she will escalate the matter to the admin and team leader. I waited a month and still no feedback. I called this morning and the same lady advise they still have NOT attended to my request and she has escalated this matter again through. They are quick to sign you up but are poor at handling to close account!!
