GAME STORE

I bought iron from game store at EVATON MALL early January this year and the iron didn't last for 3 month so I had to take iron back when I get to the store the lady by the name of Marvellous said she cant help me nor change iron and she need to get feedback from the supplier if she change iron for me to or not further more the store manager Thomas went on by telling that BRABANTIA policy DOES'NT allow the game to exchange without supplier assessing the good I then ask the manager Thomas where does it shows from the slip or T's n C's that BRABANTIA Good need to be evaluated before they exchange them? further more these was a lady that was in front of me but they managed to give her voucher to buy another good? so my QUESTIONS ( where is TCF here)

as the customer I am not going to suffer and furthermore the warrantee is 24 month but the iron last me for only 3 months so the question why will GAME store bring Quantity products to their store?

I had to buy new iron because I was in need to iron and I must say if GAME Store is going to have people don't have knowledge or illiterate to assist customers believe you going to loose client everyday

the lady didn't have her name tac on and I had to ask for her name before I leave the counter
