Game store

I bought a fridge on the 21 of January at game store southgate mall... I paid the stove cash R5200 plus delivery.. Till today i havent recieved my stove when i call the *** number it only rings but no response... Is this the kind of service we really deserve... I ddnt laybuy my stove i paid everything cash.. I really do want my stove, u ask yourself are people working or playing around this is nonsense.
