Game stole my money

I purchased goods to the value of R 717 online at Game Stores on the 6th July 2020.

Game cancelled my order on the 20 July 2020 due to unavailability of goods.

On the 26 July I received a partial refund. It is now the 1 October and to date despite numerous call and requests I still have not received the remainder of my refund.
