Game still not honouring warranty.
As always false promises and empty words. Day 32 and nothing, not one word even after saying they would get back to me countless times. and still, no one answers on the customer care line.
Just please honor your warranty that I paid for. Why must I chase you for this? You can take my money but not fulfill your promise, and warranty.
Pathetic. After another week and more false promises. Will you actually honor your warranty.

Thank you for your reply, but why must I waste even more of my money trying to do your job. I did everything you asked of me, followed all your steps, and even now after all of this you still expect me to call around and waste even more of my time and money.
