Game still not honouring warranty.
OK, so day 36 and counting and still nothing. So Liptronics called at 09:46 to say the will come the same day between 1 and 2 pm. Very short notice but I waited for 36 days to have my tv seen to so I moved some work and meetings around to accommodate you. 12 pm turns out they went to the wrong address but no worries they said they on their way now.
So now my day wasted and still no tv seen to. Still, no warranty honored. I had to move and delay work and meetings today to accommodate. you and your very short notice. All for nothing again.
Why will you not honour your warranty why are you wasting my time and money?
Will you refund my time, my work that costs money.

07 Aug 2020, 16:49OK so after 3 days and countless complaining your technicians was here in 5 mins they said the mainboard and panel needs to be replaced.
So now my question is will you guarantee that the new parts are not old. the last time you replaced one of my tv's panel you put a second hand one in that was 9895hours old. Yes, that's correct you replaced a part with a second hand used part and an old one that was 9895 hours old.
