Game Stellenbosch, poor services

I'm so disappointed at Game Stellenbosch branch, I went to the store in November 2021 to check for cell phone deals for Christmas gifts. I finally make a decision and went back to the store in the first week of December. I took a cellphone contract deal with 2 phones. After a week I went back to the store and ask about my application, I was told the only person who do the process of the contracts have covid and no one else can assist me. I have waited for her to come out of isolation a week before Christmas and she said she will do my application. Two days later I call and eventually have to go back to the store she told me the scanner is broken and she can't help and I would not get the phones for Christmas. I have make peace with that, and explain the people for who I suppose to buy the phones that I will give it after Christmas. A week after Christmas I contact them and She just explain she will do it. Today is the 12th of January and I still did not hear anything from them after I even emailed Games customer services.
