Game - Stellenbosch - Poor Service - 31/12/2016

<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p>I just would like to say I am absoultely shocked at the Game - Stellebosch appauling client/customer service. </p> <p>This was the second time that I got poor service from this branch. Every time when you go to buy something; no one wants to assist you. All that the employees do is packing out boxes? They can see that you are busy looking at stuff but no one wants to assist you?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am seriously going to think to do my shopping at different places like Dionwired and Benbel for example as we get excellent service from there. </p> <p> </p> <p>I do the feel this is a serious matter and that the Head office would need to send out a Regional Manager/Project Manager to see for themselves and monitor the processes in the branch that is falling apart. I am very relucantant to refer any of my friends to this branch. Since Wallmart took over the Game franchise it looks like the corporate monster took away the client service factor. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to get positive feedback and the processes under taken to resolve the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not a very happy customer. </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards, </p> <p> </p>
