Game Stellenbosch
I went to Game Stellenbosch to buy a fridge. I asked the sales rep that i can only receive the fridge on the Monday, she said she will check. The sales rep continue with the sale and put the delivery for Monday 25 March. I have called the store about 7 times for the delivery explaining i have no fridge and my food is in a cooler box. My husband took the day off to receive the fridge. I called now for the 8th time and only now they saying delivery is tomorrow. The manager has no sympathy and they wont take any responsiblity that they are in the wrong here! Now i must just wait for my delivery for tomorrow and through my food out. I will never buy any appliances from Game Stellenbodch. They will lie to you juat to get a sale
