ONLY GARY - The manager at the N1 store is a good, solid man of his word, game in general is a joke

They sell broken products and will refund you at your expense to go back to their dirty stores.

1. LG TV BROKE, LG said they'll refund/replace 2. Game said would replace, but now I have to do paperwork on a REPLACEMENT 3. So I must spend money to go get a replacement, at MY cost when THEY can just send a replacement 4. For a refund, I again must go to the store AT MY COST, when THEY refunding me 5. They hung up on me 3 times 6. The social media team told them to contact me and they ignore the social media team 7. The LG "guy" at the store is rude and keeps hanging up on me 8. Sent a TV BAR back due to false and lying sales people 9. Ordered a TV Stand online - got ignored for TWO WEEKS - then suddenly was out of stock 10. GAME will NEVER see my business again 11. They are *****, ******** and con-artists and I emplore everyone to STAY AWAY 12. They hide behind process 13. According to Merissa/melisa at N1 - GAME WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU GOTO THE STORE - GAME WILL NOT REPLACE A PRODUCT UNLESS YOU GOTO THE STORE They are money hungry ***s and don't care about the client, only their own pocket - they are pure trash
