Game staff untrained to deal with queries.

Game is busy with restructuring its online service which is all good and well, but your staff in-store should be better trained to deal with queries. I have called 4 different game stores looking for something and asking if they can help me locate the product and another store and none of them have offered any assistance, from dropping calls to a load of umms and maybe try phone another store. Pathetic.
