Game Staff Member Caught Bad Mouthing Customer To Other Game Staff

Hi i've been to a loyal customer at Game Pavillion In Westville spending on average about +-R4000 every 4th night so basically 2 times amonth for the past 12 months. I prefer shopping at Westville Pavilion Game due to it been close to home. Please correct me if im WRONG Game If Its Cheaper Else Where we will beat the price. So i go there every 4th night to do my basic shopping hence the price beating. In this day and age every cent matters. On the 03/11/18 around 18:30pm i walked into Game Pavilion to get my stuff for the week and my sons toiletries milk nappies and stuff. But on this occasion i had family with me who walked to the store with me. As we walked in i am friends with the managers so i greeted and chatted quick due to it been almost time for closing. A family member remained at the customer help desk going through the Game Catologe . There was a elderly man with grey hair sitting and the customer service talking about me in a insulting way Regarding me coming there to price beat and saying insulting and degrading things about me to other staff members around him about me and that no one must come to the teller to do my price beat. He still didnt realise that the person reading the catologe was part of my family... who told me everything said about by the guy... his name will be provided on the 05/11/2018 when i call the store for his name but i know who it is. So how can you guys say We Price Beat if cheaper else where but when the people come to price beat the staff probably bad mouth them too. So when you Price Beat At Game You Also Price Beat A Title(Degrading) and Bad Mouthing by Staff among staff. Dout i will be shopping there again. And if he isnt dealt with accordingly by Head office once name is provided i will go yo the News Paper/Facebook and other media
