Game staff Mall at Reds - unhelpful

Game stores at Mall at Reds could not help me lodge a complaint about the Samsung TV set I bought in 2022 which had now gone off, they really were so useless I wish people could be capapcitated to deal with such kind of complaints I wonder why they were hired in the first place if they could not help me
