GAME STAFF GIVING CUSTOMER LIP

I waited for the Game store to open in the Metlife mall in King Williams Town... i had a backpack with me. The security guard TELLS me to hand in my bag at the parcel counter. I asked him why. He says no i must just do that. I told him you could simply just asked me instead of telling me and giving me a attitude. So i went and asked for the Branch Manager, a lady at the main counter stands there and i explained to her what happened. She started giving me LIP because she feels that i am being unreasonable in front of the manager. The security guard approached us and then ASKED me to please hand in my backpack. I told him why do you ask me now that i called for the manager. You have no manners.

To make matters worse there were people walking into the store with handbags and normal shopping bags & yet the security didn't say anything to them.

This is NOT the first time that ive had issues with your security personnel at Game. Insinuating that im going to *****. Because that is what it is exactly. If i remember correctly this same thing happened about 3 months ago.

Its just utterly shocking and disgusting behavior. Clearly the security and staff dont know how to handle customers. Giving a customer lip just makes it allot worse. This time an apology wont solve the matter.
