Game Springs Mall bad blind cut job

Last month I was at your Springs Mall Game for the purchase of blinds for a bathroom. I had measurements that I had taken of the window area from where it were to fit as the old broken blinds as a sample incase of measurements were to be taken in store. The lady who helped me measurements that were taken were not correct and asked her to measure again to which she found that her measurements were incorrect. She then explained to me that the cost of R75 were to be paid and if it does not fit that the onus were basically on me. I was quite impressed that it took less than one day for all to be cut to length. The measurements widthwise was to remove 2cm on both sides and length to 84cm in height.

The next day After examining of the blinds I noticed that they only cut 4cm on the one side. I asked you staff member if it was equal and she said yes. She also told me that the machine can only cut one side of the blinds which is total baloney as if you can do one side you can do the other. Your staff member took me for a fool, **** and told me that if it does not fit I would have to have it cut again. I asked another staff member who I believe is a manager his opinion and complained about the bad cutting job to which a full refund was processed. After complaining to the manager she just said that she told me that if it does not fit it on me basically but never said that if they don't cut it right it also on me. I received my full refund for it.

What bother me is if I needed say 10cm of width to be cut of, they would have cut it off on one side making it synthetically ******* looking. The blinds are basically a mirror image should be relatively simple to cut with the right tools. To which equal cuts should be cut of on both sides.

my biggest concern with this: - Game is offering a service that the staff have no idea how to do properly. - The staff members attitude when I was there was that I should just take it and was in a bit of a bad attitude. I can't remember her name, from description short hair around the ears with died top bit.

We have made another plan with the blinds and are no longer in the market for any blinds.
