Game Southgate sucks for real

Bought a defywashing machine on the 29 Oct 2024 when I opened the box it had scratches.. I immidietly called game firstly I asked why it has water and making noise also scratches.. They said the technician Will come and have a look. The technicians came and said scratches are not their job then came to fix the noise issue only.. I asked why should the fix something new. I could not get answers as they said they are just technicians and they here to fix.. Something new.. I only tested it ones and I am not happy I called game that I am not buying a second hand machine for a price of a new one. When I called vhongani the lady that assisted whiles telling her how frustrated I was cause of having to call game.. Her colleagues started laughing at me from the background.. That made things even more harder for me as I am not being treated with respect as a customer.. I was the told I will be called back.. Later I was called but her again and she asked me do I want a discount.. I told her I want a new washing machine as. She offered a refund so now my question is is this how customers are being treated... She asked me to send pictures which when technicians came they took pictures already but that was not enough. I was asked to send pictures of the receipt. Which I also did but still no help. I told them I travel a lot with work so they need to do this ASAP cause I will be going away again but. They still givong me a run around.. It's not even a month but I am having such service.. This is really not nice cause it's like most of these companies are doing the same thing.. Really not happy with this
