Game Southgate repairs

Game Southgate mall is terrible maybe that is applicable to other stores as service delivery is non existent. Worst service and disgusted with Game Southgate. Booked my phone in via warranty hoping it would be honored but the store transporting my phone from the store to the supplier my phone was damaged and I was told to pay this even though I stressed and even on their booking report it was just a none responsive screen and no physical damage. I was even told by store staff to call the supplier myself to hear what's going on no communication and even between reporting the issue to Game head office have received very little response from them never buying from a game store again be careful when buying phones take pictures of your products before sending it in for repairs
