Game Southgate mall - worst service - no customer service - no empathy - and no product knowledge of whats in stock or not

24 June 2020 12h00 I visited Game South Gate mall to purchase a tv set and a washing machine , the sales consultant took my Id document to apply for a tv license , I waited for 2 hours as apparently they are using a new system and the entire department ahs only 1 computer to operate on . I then told the sales consultant that was assisting me ( Bhekani namely ) that I will return to complete the purchase because the process is taking too long .. I returned around 16h00 to complete the purchase , they tell me that the tv license has been done and they are preparing documents for the sale of the tv and the washing machine ok I wait ...Then im told that theres no stock of the washing machine in store nor at the warehouse meaning I cant even get it at any other game store ...I choose a second washing machine and Im told the same story of no stock , then another guy appears ( Thabiso namely ) he then says they've got 1 washing machine in store of my second option and im in agreement that id like to purchase it and we start all over again with the paper work with a lot of delays and other customers being assisted while I wait . It hits 17h00 and im still in the store with no purchase done im still waiting , im then given 2 pieces of papers and instructed to go pay for my items at the front cashiers , I stand in the que patiently and by the time I get to the lady at the till it 17h30 and the store is closing ...The cashier scans the barcode and theres something wrong with the sales order sheet menaing that we have to go back and start all over again ...nothing is explained to me , no apologies nothing ...I continue waiting until the cashier lady comes with only the tv license slip and says the guys in the back say they don't know whats wrong with the order but they cant help me ...after 2 visits of 5 hourse to the store clear specification of what I want...all I walk out with is a tv license ...I spoke to the gentlemen in charge of the store that he has the worst sales consultants on the floor ,no customer service s****s what so ever ...they are running around like headless chickens and they have no idea what they are doing …. The store has lost 2 sales for a tv set and washing machine due to this incompetence
