Game Southgate Mall

I am utterly disgusted with Game Southgate Mall the staff in Multimedia is rude and don't care abouy their customers needs and values ... The store is supposed to close at 18:00 yet when I was asking for assistance a staff member at Multimedia I was told they turned it off at 17:50 ... This incident happened on the 31st December 2024.I personally feel that the staff needs to be either trained professionally or be fired ..

Game Store The Glen has exceptional,Excellent,Amazing and Brilliant communication with customers and customer services .. Game the Glen should be store of the year from 2024 onwards ..

If Southgate Mall Game can take their customers serious then this review would be rated totally different im just very disappointed in Game Southgate Mall and it's staff in the Multimedia Department ...
