GAME SOUTHGATE HORRIBLE SERVICE

We bought a Washing machine at Game Southgate mall on a Saturday, we requested for it to be delivered on a Wednesday as Monday and Tuesday would be impossible because we knock off late. We paid for the machine and we were charged 200 and something rands for delivery.

1st Delivery attempt failed- the driver went to deliver our machine in Krugersdorp even though we gave them the correct address, we stay in Alberton but you took the machine to Krugersdorp for what good reason?

We waited for 2 weeks, still no delivery. We then decided to go there and ask for our refund which was also a nightmare because the manager would make us wait for hours before he comes to assist us. We went back home 3 days in a row without our refund.

What is even worse the ladies who were assisting us with the purchase pretend to not know us that time they were making conversation with us the day we went to purchase. We finally got our money after a series of back and forths. We never got the money we had paid for delivery though, they said we have to contact Value Logistics and ask for a refund which I don’t understand because we never had any interactions with Value logistics we paid for delivery at GAME!!!!!!

To this day our delivery money has not been returned.

Stay far away from this STORE!!!!!!! Or else you will cry!!!!!!! Their service is beyond horrible.
