Game South gate mall Poor customer service!!!

<p>That store has the worst service ever, I visted the store on friday to buy a decoder, only to find that 1 till is working in that department and they allow customers to pay groceries when there are till for that and we need to only use that 1 till. I waited 20 minutes to pay and an other 20 minutes to get the decoder after paying. then when the technician was suppose to install it on saturday he never came, he said he was busy. so all weekend the installation was not done. I was on the phone all day yesterday spaeaking to ocean, kwanele, christian who all said they will call me back and get me a technician. I am still waiting to be assisted. I have been calling this morning again the store manager is un available and the staff is unprofessional. I spoke to solly the superviser who also said he will call me back. This is terrible customer service and regret going to that store. customers should go to Jabulani game for better service. </p>
