Game Soshanguve crossing refuse to refund

<p>On Saturday 25th March 2017 i went to buy an electric grill from Game Soshanguve crossing as a backup for my gas grill that i use for business. i plugged it for about 2 to 3 hours and it stopped working. i changed plugs and tried it again at home and it couldnt work still. As inconvenienced as i was returned it to the store for a refund and i was directed to the custormer services, the lady by the name Ernie Nhlapo told me that i must take it home to clean it "mind you i wiped all the oil from leaking in the box". I refused and asked for a manager Jan lebelo who also told me the same thing, i asked for stuff to clean in in the store as i couldnt drive 30 km just for that but they refused. So Ernie called the sales manager Mmammu Mzimba who also said theres nothing she could do. I the took my slip and left the shop without refund or any assistance. The terms and conditions behind the slip do not state anything about spackle cleaning equipments brand new upon return. My business is still not operating. Now how do i get my refund because clearly no one is willing to assist me there.</p> <p>Angry customer: Phanuel</p>
