Game Somerset West Terrible after sales service!

For more than a month I have been trying to have my fridge fixed that is still under warranty. Game Somerset Mall service has been the most shocking service ever. Never getting back to me, never phoning back when they say they will! No managers to assist me.

Game, this reflects so badly on you. Sort out your branch and fix my fridge. Really not a lot I am asking for here.
