Game Somerset West

I bought a sinotech 42’’ android tv at Game Somerset west on the 29 march 2022. Six months later it got a vertical red line in the middle of the tv. Great I took it back to the store as it is only six month old with a five year warranty just to hear they got a after store 21 day repair warranty that doesn’t stand anywhere in the store or on any slip nobody said anything only on the box and on the price tag it stands 5 year warranty. The worst part is when I phoned customer care the phoned the store just to let me hold on for 15min and when I went back at that same time to the store the lady said the office are closed already. The next day customer care phoned me and said they spoke to the sales manager and I must go speak to him. (Gerry) I said to her I don't want to go in and hear about a repaired tv as when I bought the tv it wasn’t broken money I used. So I went back just to hear the same story and he wont help me.
