Game (somerset mall) sold me damage appliances

I bought a fridge and microwave at Game store (somerset west) this july 2018. Less than a month, the fridge was making noise and licking underneath. I contacted the store and they sent electricians and they said theres nothing wrong with double checking the fridge.

i contacted Game store again after few weeks to complain about the same problem and they promised to bring technicians but its more than 3 weeks now, no communication, no phone call. I'm not happy with their service and the appliances they sold to me. i want a refund or exchange or a new fridge.
