Game Somerset Mall poor service

Bought a cellphone tripod at Game Somerset Mall. Assistant in the electronics department said the price is R249. This price was also written in bold black koki on the box. At the till it rang up R279. I pointed out to the till assistant that I was told R249 and it was also written on the other box. She then took a leisurely stroll to the electronics department and an even slower one back and explained that the one on display with box is R249 but the others in the box are R279. I have never in my life heard such a ridiculous explanation. So I have to ask them to dismantle the display unit from the cables and disks attached to it, to get the unit at R249, then they have to take another new unit out of the box and place that on display, and price it for R249. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and didn't have time to request a supervisor or manager. On top of that the attitude of the assistant at the till was shockingly poor. One would think that with such a high unemployment rate, those who have a job would be grateful.
