Game Somerset Mall-disgusting service

So on the 27th December i accompanied my father to the somerset mall game store.We had to go purchase some thing simple but as per usual there was no one on the floor to assist.My father then found a gentle men on the floor who when my dad asked him to get a price,the gentlemen a young by the name of 'Keith' proceeded to tell him to go find someone in the front of the store.no customer receive shown there at all,no offer to go find someone to assist and when we found someone to assist then wanted to speak to the manager about his attitude ,he proceeded to tell my father and myself that we shouldn't tell him how to do his job. we could put his t shirt on and do his job then .this all happened in front of the other customers in the store . i do know that clients arent always right but goodness but goodness when you work in retail you need to learn to control yourselves.
