Game Somerset Mall

I ordered a microwave then I had to returned the microwave back because it had a fault apparently I was told since it a Samsung microwave it will be back within 2weeks if not after 21 days I will get my money back I have been call customer service and every time I call then they will say they will call me back and they don't call back and I was help by Sharon a lady that does care at all since nothing has been done Game customer service is **** especially Game in Somerset Mall they don't care at all and I have been very patient with them
