Game Somerset Mall

Please be careful when paying your RCS account at Game Stores Somerset Mall. 5 of my payments were reversed. I paid by the till and maybe once I leave the store that payment gets reversed to God knows where. Now my account is on a minus (arrears) and the RCS call Centre agents have been no help. I've sent my bank statements, showing that I've swiped. I don't know what more I must do. Maybe I need to visit the store and find out from the cashier, what did she do with my money.
