Game Somerset Mall

Good morning all so dissatisfied and disappointed in Game store Somerset Mall and their service this has really made me wonder what else they return to the sales floor after it has been returned at their service center...

On the 22 February 2020 I bought these two packets of Simba Mix and left to try something new on the market as I discovered and hour later that the date on these two packets has already gone and its expired I made my way back to Game wanting to exchange these goods once I did that I even went as far as taking the box on their sales floor to customer service telling them that all these have expired and need to be removed from the sales floor I then made my way out of the store knowing I once again help them as a concern consumer.

Days later Game Somerset mall had stock take and the store was close for business weird enough today on the 29 February 2020 I went to the store once again to make a purchase and discovered that the good I have returned and opened by me was put on the sales floor and all the other expired items as well for consumers to repurchase this is sad really sad and I can't get it over my heart knowing I did good and their people if the store at customer service returned expired items to the sales floor that has been opened I can't believe days later I found the return with the expired dates back on the sales floor for sale to customers.
