Game somerset lack of transparency

On the 14/05/2021 we purchased our second washing machine at game store for 5499.00 and the sales order number is *** it was delivered on the following day.the issue I that we wanted to return the the product as we have never used it at all nor even install it.i contacted the store countless time without getting a concise answer and was referred to ****er gafur to confirm that they won’t be taking the machine without a box.so I ask if I could get a box will you take it ? Now they say it can’t be a clean box it must be the one with their sticker. And I asked if they can deduct for the box which was damaged by being under the bed..when I read the consumer law and retailers return policy nothing is stated that a person will never get a refund because of the box so I won’t be ignore of the law behind the retailer regardless what their store policies are
