GAME - SOLVED THE OUTSTANDING MATTER

Follow up on my previous review - after posting the Customer Service contacted me and spoke to SPENCER, SPENCER has done what was required and managed to escalate the matter. SPENCER did try to call me back (I recognised the number) but as I was in meetings I was unable to take the call, and when I tried to call back - the usual hanging on and on happened so I didnt attempt further. The fridge finally arrived!! THANK YOU SPENCER FROM GAME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
