Game sold us a 2nd hand defective stove

A month back my fiance and I moved into our new home with our kids... Purchased our appliances TV ect from game and one of the many things that we purchased was a Salton mini stove and oven. Upon purchase it looked like it was already opened before,we've now made use of the stove and one plate is rusting cracking and the oven heater bars only the bottom works the top looks like it was welded or something together cause it broke. We knew we bought all new products but game sold us a 2nd hand defective stove! We would highly appreciate it if game sorts this error out IMMEDIATELY as we use a stove daily for our meals! Upon Game management contacting me I will provide them with an address to pick up the defective product and send us a new one!
