GAME SOLD ME A ******* LAPTOP!!!

I bought an R11000 HP iCore 5 laptop from GAME STORES -PAVILLION, DURBAN on 31 August 2021. Approximately 4months ago. The laptop is now slow and almost non functional.

I used it for work for about 2months and then also random things like YouTube, email, etc. The amount of time, effort and downloads done on the laptop has probably been 2% of its total capacity. There should be zero reasons, absolutely naught, as to why this machine is not functioning as it should. Before I deleted as much stuff as I possibly could, the available space was about 95%. My frustration levels are at maximum, as I am now trying to look for online work, but Game sold me something that has malfunctioned!!!!!!! In this day and age, we should not be having these problems. Now I have to pay for someone to take me to the store then, "APPARENTLY" book the laptop in, and then wait about a month for its return!! I am spitting fire at the moment!!!! In disbelief, highly upset, as I need to get work and need my machine that I PAID R11 000 CASH FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know, maybe it was one of the machines that was looted and recovered and sold to me.... I would not be surprised. Annoyed beyond words!!!
