Game sold a fridge that stopped working within a week.

I bought a hisense fridge (R17000) for my parents at GAME Mthatha on Black Friday, it stopped working within a week. We tried to return it back at the store, they didn’t even take a look they told us to take it back home they will send someone to fix it. No one came, we did contact them but they ignored our complaints. We spent Christmas without a fridge, I wanted to spoil my parents now I feel like I wasted my money on something that does not even work.
