Game should be closed down

I made a purchase online with game on the 19th I was told il get my delivery on the 23rd... It's been days waiting each time I follow up I am told it's the courier company... When I made contact with them they do not know anything about a delivery... Game claims they systems are down so for 10 days they systems have been down yet not even an sms is sent to update us ... They took my money but can deliver now ***
